Our company FONDERIA ESPECIAL, S.A was founded in 1984. Its activity consits in the production of special steels, aimed to the chemical, food, petrochemical and water (desalinitition) industries, and many other branches which base our daily activity.

FONDESAL produces following type of pieces:

Fluid pumps
Valves for solids
Components for the food industry.

Once we have consolidated our market presence our main aim is to achieve a steady improvement in our processes.

In order to achieve our aims, we have acquaired advanced technology production means, attending special f ocus on the ecological impact and a rigurous fullfillment of the security means.

FONDESAL, works under a quality system following the norms of UNE ISO 9001:2000, approved by TÜV SUD.

It provides on the certification to produce components according to following approval companies: T.Ü.V conforme a la Norma AD 2000-Merkblatt¨W0/TRD 100-PED,Lloyd’s Reguister, Germanischer Lloyd, Det Nordeste Veritas, Bureau Veritas

Our company is equipped with 4 induction ovens, with a capacity from 400 Kg up to 2000 Kg, and one automatic and one hand moulding lines that enables us to produce parts from 1 up to 1.500 Kg.
